    How can I receive a quote and book my removal?

    To check the price, and make a booking please contact us ( by email or by phone).

    By any chance, would there be an option to pay a deposit to secure my booking, instead of paying the full amount in advance?

    Once you’ve completed the booking process, we kindly request a 10% booking deposit of the total service price to confirm your reservation. Please be aware that this deposit is non-refundable. But don’t worry, it’s just a small token to secure your spot and guarantee an amazing experience with us!

    How and when shall I pay the remaining balance?

    To ensure a smooth unloading process, we kindly request that you settle the balance by transferring the payment to our bank account before unloading. You can pay the balance either in pounds sterling or in euros.

    What is the difference between the part load and dedicated options?

    If you’d like to save some money, the part-load option is perfect for you!

    With this option, you’ll be sharing the van with other customers, and we’ll need a few days’ window to pack and collect your items. But don’t worry, we’ll agree on the packing date with you individually.

    If you prefer to have more control over the collection date, then the bigger options are the way to go! With these options, you can choose the exact date for collection. However, if you want the ultimate convenience, then the dedicated option is the perfect choice! With this option, the van will be for your exclusive use.

    Once your dedicated van or lorry is loaded, it will go straight to your delivery address without any stops or detours. We’re here to make your move as smooth and stress-free as possible!
